What business tasks can be automated?
Repeatable tasks with clear rules are a useful starting point: logging enquiries, assigning follow-up reminders, collecting reporting data or routing an approval. We first check whether a simpler process would solve the problem without AI.
Do I need to replace my current software?
Not necessarily. We start with what you already use and assess its integration options. If a tool cannot support the agreed workflow, we explain the limitation and alternatives before quoting.
Can you work with spreadsheets and existing tools?
Yes, where their access controls and integration features support the work. We agree formats, who maintains the data and how errors are handled. Sometimes a structured spreadsheet is the most useful starting point.
Will AI make decisions without human approval?
We agree approval points before building. Customer-facing messages and important decisions should retain appropriate human review. AI output can be wrong, so automation is not a substitute for business judgement.
How much does an automation project cost?
Indicative scopes start at R5,000 for lead capture and follow-up setup. Reporting is R2,500–R5,000 per month; small business tools are R6,000–R15,000 per project; training is R2,500–R5,000 per workshop. These are starting indications, not guaranteed final prices or market averages.
Are software subscriptions included?
Not unless your written quotation explicitly includes them. Software subscriptions, API usage, messaging charges and other third-party costs are identified separately. You approve the proposed tools and costs before setup.
What information do you need before quoting?
A description of the current process, the tools involved, the number of users, approximate task volumes and the desired outcome. Sanitised examples are helpful. Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer records through the enquiry form.
Can you maintain the system after launch?
Yes, through a separately agreed support scope. Lead-system support is indicatively R1,500–R2,500 per month. Monitoring, changes, response times and responsibilities are confirmed in writing; ongoing support is not automatically included.
What happens if an integration stops working?
We plan error visibility and a practical manual fallback for important steps, then test failure scenarios within the agreed scope. Third-party changes or outages may require repairs. Monitoring and incident support depend on your support agreement.
How do you handle personal information?
We agree what information is necessary, who may access it, where it is processed and how long it is needed. Access should be limited to the task, sensitive information kept out of unapproved tools, and POPIA considerations included in planning. This is not a legal-compliance guarantee.
