This policy explains how Cadence Marketing, operating in South Africa, handles personal information submitted through this website and our communications.
Information we collect and why
We collect details you provide, including your name, business, phone number, email address, service interest and message. We use them to respond, quote, deliver agreed services, keep appropriate records and comply with law. Basic device, referral and security information may also be processed.
Enquiries and measurement
When you submit the enquiry form, its contents are securely passed to our email delivery provider and delivered to Cadence Marketing. WhatsApp and direct email links remain available as alternatives and are governed by those providers’ terms. Google Analytics and Meta tools measure visits and meaningful actions. Processing by these providers may occur outside South Africa subject to applicable safeguards.
Sharing, retention and security
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with authorised providers or authorities where lawful, retain it only as needed, and apply reasonable safeguards.
Your POPIA rights
